PAT and Pacsys Announce Strategic Alliance
Synergy to expand market presence of PAT’s new digital coating process

Montreal, Canada & Mystic, Connecticut, January 19, 2007 — PAT Technology Systems Inc. and Pacsys Inc. today announced that they have formed a strategic alliance that will see the two companies expand their relationship to encompass North American sales and marketing efforts related to PAT’s new digital coating process (TDC-True Digital Coating Technology).

The companies will work together to support the sales and marketing of new products related to PAT’s TDC –True Digital Coating Technology. Joint-sales/marketing initiatives will include participation in product launches and trade show events and representation on their respective Web sites.
