ON DEMAND Conference & Exposition with a Best of Show award in the Bindery,
Finishing and Mailing Equipment category for its Varstar, sheet-fed digital

Varstar is a sheet-fed digital UV Coater which features what PAT Technology
Systems Inc. calls True Digital Coating (TDC) Technology. TDC is a non-contact
digital UV clear coating process using state of the art inkjet technology.
TDC eliminates plates or blankets for flood, spot or pattern coating and
reduces fluid waste. It is also capable of producing matte through to gloss
finishes on a single pass. Unique, high value, “on the fly” finishes
can be achieved with a simple graphic file.
